Sara B. Roitman focuses her practice on product liability, class action and white collar litigation. She represents clients in complex product liability litigation involving pharmaceutical medications, medical devices and consumer fraud claims in state and federal courts. Ms. Roitman also advises individual and corporate defendants in white collar matters concerning criminal indictments and complex civil litigation. She is experienced in leading and overseeing all aspects of large-scale disputes, including managing all aspects of fact and expert discovery, taking and defending depositions, briefing a wide range of motions, including jurisdictional, Daubert and dispositive motions, and advising clients on global litigation and business strategy.

Ms. Roitman’s writing on product liability has appeared in Products Liability in New York: Strategy and Practice. Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Roitman was an associate at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.
