Victoria Reardon

Victoria Reardon is an associate in the financial services and investment management group. Ms. Reardon focuses her practice on advising U.S. registered investment companies, including mutual funds and exchange-traded funds, and their investment advisers on a wide variety of regulatory, compliance and business matters. Ms. Reardon also assists clients with developing and launching new funds, fund reorganizations and regulatory and compliance matters relating to new funds.
