Jake Schanne is an associate in Dechert’s finance and real estate group. Mr. Schanne focuses on loan origination, repurchase agreements, CMBS, CRE CLOs, and asset securitization.

Prior to Dechert, Mr. Schanne carried out an internship with the Norristown, PA Public Defender’s Office and a clinic with Boston University’s Wrongful Conviction Clinic. He split his 2L summer at Dilworth Paxson with the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas in Norristown under Judge Thomas Branca. Mr. Schanne also externed at the Pennsylvania Superior Court under Judge Anne Lazarus.
