
Sarah Sennett focuses her practice on private fund management. She advises clients on formation, structuring, preparation of offering documents and operation of private investment funds (private equity, hedge, venture and hybrid) and similar structures and vehicles across a broad range of investment strategies including growth, real estate, credit, distressed debt, special opportunities and buyout.
Ms. Sennett maintains a broad practice, also representing institutional investors in connection with investments into private funds and investment advisers on formation, structuring and regulatory compliance matters under U.S. law. Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Sennett was an associate in the financial markets and funds group of a law firm’s New York office.
