Stephen W. Skonieczny advises corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, individuals, compensation committees, and boards of directors on nonqualified and qualified compensation matters, with particular focus on executive compensation matters and related tax, accounting, and securities law consequences. His experience includes designing, negotiating, drafting, and advising on complex “change-in-control” agreements, employment, and separation agreements, and equity-based and other incentive compensation and deferral arrangements.
