• Represented a U.S. bank in connection with the origination of a US$265 million mortgage and mezzanine loan facility secured by 23 hotel properties across 10 states. The mortgage loan was later securitized in a single-asset, stand-alone transaction.
    • Represented a U.S. bank in the origination of a US$657.15 million syndicated mortgage and mezzanine loan facility secured by 48 class A office properties across 4 states in connection with borrower’s acquisition of the office portfolio.
    • Represented a U.S. bank in the origination of a US$132.5 million mortgage loan secured by a ground leased retail property which was part of an industrial development district in Port Chester, New York. The loan was subsequently successfully securitized.
    • Represented the U.S. arm of a European bank in the origination of a US$35 million mortgage and US$12.25 million mezzanine loan secured by a multi-story office building in downtown Manhattan.
