Cindy Wu is an associate in Dechert’s financial services and investment management group. Ms. Wu focuses her practice on advising U.S. registered investment companies, including mutual funds, closed-end funds, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), business development companies (BDCs) and their investment advisers on a wide variety of regulatory, compliance and business matters.

Ms. Wu also advises clients on formation, structuring and operation of private investment funds, as well as clients involved in the digital asset, cryptocurrency and blockchain spaces.
