J.D. Williams is an associate in the financial services and investment management group. Ms. Williams focuses her practice on advising U.S. registered investment companies, including mutual funds and exchange-traded funds, and their investment advisers on a wide variety of regulatory, compliance and business matters.
Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Williams was a legal fellow at T. Rowe Price. Ms. Williams is admitted in Maryland only; her practice is supervised by principals of the firm who are members of the D.C. Bar.
