Rachael Gray Weatherly focuses her practice on product liability and mass tort litigation.
While in law school, Ms. Weatherly competed twice at the international level in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot competition, which focuses on the rules of arbitration for the resolution of international business. During her second year of competition, Ms. Weatherly acted as the team lead. In her free time, she actively participates in advocacy for survivors of sexual assault in academia.
Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Weatherly was a litigation associate representing automobile manufacturers in product liability cases.
