Yannick Whorms advises leading institutional fund managers on the formation and life-cycle of private investment funds across a broad range of asset classes including private equity, private debt, real estate, infrastructure and venture capital.
Mr. Whorms also specialises in providing ongoing regulatory and corporate advice to a range of private open-ended and closed-ended funds and their managers, regularly advising in relation to underlying fund investments and compliance with local and cross-border requirements.
Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Whorms was an associate in the London office of another international law firm and, prior to that, practiced in the Cayman Islands and Dubai offices of a leading offshore law firm.
