Sarah Yan

Sarah Yan is an associate in Dechert’s financial services and investment management group. Ms. Yan focuses her practice on advising U.S. registered investment companies, including mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, and business development companies, as well as their investment advisers, on a variety of regulatory, compliance and disclosure obligations.

Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Yan interned at the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Southern District of New York. She also worked as a paralegal specialist at the U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division.
