Aryeh Zuber focuses his practice on executive compensation and employee benefits. Mr. Zuber has experience negotiating and drafting contracts involving all elements of the employee life-cycle, including employment agreements, severance agreements, releases, transaction bonus awards, equity plans and grants, consulting arrangements, retention agreements, stand-alone severance agreements, nondisclosure agreements, and restrictive covenant agreements (both company- and executive-side representations).  He also advices private equity clients, management teams and boards of directors (public and private companies) on executive compensation and employee benefits matters and on ERISA’s fiduciary duties and prohibited transactions.  

Mr. Zuber has extensive experience supporting M&A teams on stock and asset transactions, restructurings and other corporate events, including conducting diligence calls, negotiating purchase agreements and addressing pre- and post-closing matters (including qualified plan terminations and trustee-to-trustee transfers), conducting 280G analyses, drafting disclosure and voting documentation, and advising on 280G procedure issues.  

Prior of joining Dechert, Mr. Zuber served as an associate in the Labor and Employment department of another international law firm.
