Dechert LLP advised Natixis, La Banque Postale and Le Crédit Lyonnais on the financing of the acquisition of 19 portfolio assets located in France, as part of a broader acquisition by Batipart and Covéa of a portfolio of 42 retail assets sold by Adeo and located in France, Spain, Italy and Portugal.
This is one of the largest asset portfolio transactions in the European market in recent months, with a value of over €500 million.
Dechert advised Natixis as mandated lead arranger, underwriter, agent and security agent and Natixis, La Banque Postale and Le Crédit Lyonnais as lenders. The Paris-based Dechert team was led by partner Privat Vigand and also included associates Guénaëlle Taroni, Marianne Sajus and Pauline Keller.
