Dechert advised a consortium of investors, which includes Kurma Partners, Bpifrance Investissement, BNP Paribas Développement, Aquiti Gestion and IRDI Soridec Gestion, on a €5,5 million seed financing round for Lucine, a French start-up specialized in Digital Therapeutics (DTx), which are digital solutions for the prevention, management and treatment of a broad range of medical conditions.
This is one of the most significant seed financing rounds in the DTx sector and, will allow Lucine to create the first digital molecule.
