Legislation and Case Law in France - Second Half-Year 2016

In 2016, two major laws affecting French employers have been adopted. The first is the “Loi Travail” (“Work Law”) dated 8 August 2016 and the second is the
“Loi Sapin II” dated 8 November 2016.
