Puyin Bai is an associate in Dechert’s financial services and investment management group. Mr. Bai focuses his practice on advising U.S. registered investment companies, their independent trustees, and investment advisers on regulatory, compliance and business matters.
Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Bai served as a judicial extern to the Honorable David Gustafson at the United States Tax Court.
