Julia Canzoneri

Julia Canzoneri is an associate in Dechert’s labor and employment group. Her experience includes defending discrimination, harassment, and breach of contract claims, as well as preparing employee separation agreements, conducting internal investigations, and representing clients in connection with the labor and employment aspects of corporate transactions.

Ms. Canzoneri earned her juris doctor from Cornell Law School in 2021, where she was the Senior Acquisitions Editor of the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy. While in law school, Ms. Canzoneri interned for Prisoners’ Legal Services of New York. She received her Bachelor of Arts from the Macaulay Honors College at Hunter College.
