Ranil Goonetilleke focuses his practice on advising managers on all aspects of the formation, structuring and operation of UK and international investment funds across a range of asset classes. He also advises on related transactions including carried interest structuring, secondaries (both GP-led and LP-led) and co-investments and has experience advising institutional investors on the deployment of capital including primary fund investments, co-investments and secondary investments.

Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Goonetilleke was an associate in the investment funds team of a leading UK law firm.
