Jordan Kaufman focuses his practice on global finance and real estate matters, with a particular emphasis on collateralized loan obligations (CLOs) and other asset-backed finance and securitization transactions.

Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Kaufman was an attorney in the New York office of an international law firm.
