
Allison Meade is an associate in Dechert’s finance and real estate group. Ms. Meade focuses her practice on commercial real estate finance and securitization, with a particular emphasis on the origination of mortgage and mezzanine loans and commercial mortgage-backed securities.
Ms. Meade received her J.D., cum laude, from Boston College Law School, where she was an editor on the Boston College Law Review. Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Meade’s legal experience includes internships with the Department of Justice, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, and White House Council on Environmental Quality. She received her B.A. from Cornell University. Ms. Meade is admitted to practice in the state of New York.
