Callie Maslowsky

Callie Maslowsky focuses her practice on corporate and securities matters. Ms. Maslowsky represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as strategic buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisition transactions across a wide range of industry sectors.

Ms. Maslowsky was a Dechert summer associate in 2022. During law school, she was involved with the First-Year Moot Court Program, serving as a teaching fellow, teaching assistant, and as the First-Year Program Director. Additionally, Ms. Maslowsky was a Production Editor and Staffer for the Columbia Business Law Review.
