Samuel Nofer focuses his practice on representing participants in commercial mortgage markets. He regularly works on repurchase facilities and securitizations including commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) and commercial real estate collateralized loan obligations (CRE CLOs) transactions.
Prior to law school, Mr. Nofer worked as an analyst for a large international financial institution.
