Ong Shaw Shiuan focuses his practice on advising fund managers on the structuring, establishment and management of private investment funds across various asset classes, including private equity, venture capital, and private credit funds. Mr. Ong has also acted for investors, including institutional investors, development finance institutions, sovereign wealth funds, and fund of funds, on their investments into private funds and co-investment arrangements.

Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Ong worked in the funds and asset management practice of a leading local law firm in Singapore.
