Derek Runyan focuses his practice on global finance matters, with a particular focus on commercial real estate finance with concentrations in, structured finance and securitization transactions, commercial real estate collateralized loan obligations (CRE CLOs), single-family residential (SFR) securitizations, and warehouse structures, including repurchase facilities and credit facilities.
Mr. Runyan was a summer associate in 2016. He was previously a Teaching Assistant at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
