Marley Strauss focuses her practice on commercial real estate finance matters. She represents banks and institutional lenders in mortgage and mezzanine loan origination secured by a wide variety of commercial real estate properties, including office buildings, hotels and retail properties.
Ms. Strauss is designated as a Rising Star for 2018-2023 by Super Lawyers.
Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Strauss completed an internship with the Honorable Cathy Seibel, United States District Court, S.D.N.Y; Honorable Linda Jamieson, Supreme Court, Ninth Judicial District; and the U.S. Attorney’s Office, S.D.N.Y.
