Olivia Sedita is an associate in Dechert’s financial services and investment management group. Ms. Sedita advises U.S. registered investment companies, including mutual funds and exchange-traded funds on various regulatory, compliance and business matters.
Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Sedita served as an intern in the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority’s Enforcement Department. Ms. Sedita is admitted in Massachusetts and New York only; her practice is supervised by principals of the firm who are members of the D.C. Bar.
- Tenant Rights and Housing legal aid – Worked with Greater Boston Legal Services to provide free legal assistance to low-income families facing evictions, foreclosures and other tenant rights issues.
- Pension and Retirement Income Benefits – Worked with a local non-profit to assist workers and retirees in understanding pension plans and claiming retirement income benefits earned through employment.
