Ryan Sebastianelli

Ryan Sebastianelli is an associate in Dechert’s finance and real estate practice group. He focuses his practice on various matters pertaining to global finance and real estate, including loan origination, repurchase facilities, CMBS, and asset securitization.

Prior to Dechert, Mr. Sebastianelli was a summer associate at a boutique Delaware law firm that rendered legal opinions in complex mortgage origination and securitization transactions. Mr. Sebastianelli also worked with the Solicitor’s Office for the City of Scranton, where he focused on matters related to financial restructuring and economic development.

Mr. Sebastianelli is also involved in pro bono matters representing small businesses and not-for-profit organizations on formation and governance.
