John M. Timperio, co-chair of Dechert's finance and real estate practice group—a global team that includes CLOs and Structured Credit, ABS, CMBS and CRE CLOs and Commercial Real Estate Lending—and a member of the firm's Policy Committee, has more than 25 years of experience working with some of the world's largest asset managers and investment banks on various types of structured finance solutions, including CLOs and structured loan facilities. He is also actively involved in creating innovative structured solutions, rated funds and CLO equity funds for the firm's 50 plus asset manager clients. Mr. Timperio also advises managers and borrowers in a variety of broadly syndicated and private credit CLOs, ABLs, fund financing structures, NAV facilities and collateralized fund obligations.
