The Paris Inclusion and Diversity Committee was launched to promote diversity and inclusion in Dechert’s Paris office. The Paris IDC aims to promote inclusion for all members of the Paris office and to foster a diverse working environment by organizing and supervising a variety of events and initiatives.
In 2024, Dechert became a signatory to the Paris Charter of Inclusion of LGBTI+ Personnel in Law Firms, in the presence of Pierre Hoffman and Vanessa Bousardo, president and vice president of the Paris Bar Association. This charter is focused on promoting inclusion of LGBTI+ professionals in law firms.
