Dechert Advises Brookfield on Its Joint Venture With Logistik Service to Invest €500 Million in Iberian Logistics Opportunities

Dechert has advised Brookfield Asset Management on the formation of a joint venture with Logistik Service to invest approximately €500 million in Iberian logistics opportunities.
Brookfield will be the majority investment shareholder of the joint venture, while Logistik Service brings its extensive experience in the sector and will manage the portfolio.
The initial portfolio will include various projects under construction located in key areas, comprising approximately 600,000m².
The Dechert team that advised Brookfield included London-based partner Mark Thompson, senior associate Kathryn Alexander and associate James Hutchens.
