Etienne Bimbeau focuses his practice on tax matters, with an emphasis on global and domestic taxation. He has a solid experience advising French and global portfolio management companies on the tax structuring of local and cross-border closed-ended funds, including private equity funds, infrastructure funds, credit funds and secondaries. Additionally, he frequently advises management teams on the structuring of their rights to carried interest.

Etienne Bimbeau also advises corporates and private equity firms on the tax structuring of local and cross-border transactions, including Leveraged Buy-Outs (LBOs), M&A deals, refinancings, corporate reorganizations and capital market transactions.

Furthermore, Etienne Bimbeau has developed a particular expertise in Excel modeling of taxation and cash flow within groups, as well as the use of financial charges in international groups.
