Throughout my time at Dechert, I’ve participated in countless training programs and workshops that helped me develop substantive skills in my specific practice area as well as “critical skills” like leadership, communication, client relations and management. Working daily alongside colleagues who are always eager to help me learn – and take the time to explain things – has also helped me to hone these skills.

Dechert has been a great platform as I moved back into the private sector after years at the Department of Justice, giving me the opportunity to work around the world with incredible colleagues on interesting and complicated matters.
