Dechert Recognized Among 2022 Best Workplaces for Parents by Great Place to Work

Great Place to Work has once again named Dechert LLP as one of the 2022 Best Workplaces for Parents™. The list recognizes companies not only on the types of programs they offer parents, but on how fairly parents themselves say they’re treated in their workplace.

As part of its methodology, Great Place to Work examined survey responses of more than 568,000 parents who work for Great Place to Work-Certified™ companies and employ at least 50 parents. In the Great Place to Work survey, 95% of Dechert employees said the firm is a great place to work.
