Craig Falls Receives 2016 Antitrust Writing Award

Dechert antitrust/competition partner Craig Falls has been recognized by Concurrences as a winner of the 2016 Antitrust Writing Award in the Business category, Concerted Practices section. Mr. Falls and co-author Celeste Saravia received the accolade for their article "Analyzing Incentives and Liability in 'Hub-and-Spoke' Conspiracies," which was published in the American Bar Association Antitrust Law Section's Distribution and Franchising Committee journal in April 2015.

According to the Concurrences website, the Antitrust Writing Awards are given annually to the "best articles published in academic and professional publications" that "promote competition scholarship and … contribute to competition advocacy."
