Dechert LLP advised Fifth Street Asset Management Inc., a nationally recognized credit-focused asset manager that provides solutions to small and mid-size businesses, in the sale of its middle market CLO Business to NewStar Financial, Inc. The transaction is expected for close in the third quarter of this year.
