Former European Commission official discusses sanctions policy with Committee

The House of Lords EU External Affairs Sub-Committee took evidence on the implications of Brexit on sanctions from Mr Roger Matthews, Senior Director, Dechert LLP, formerly a sanctions official at the European Commission, as part of its inquiry, Brexit: sanctions policy.
