
Anna Askew practices in Dechert’s finance and real estate group with a focus on collateralized loan obligation and securitization matters. While in law school, Ms. Askew was chosen as a Williams Mullen International Scholar and spent a summer in Germany, where she took various banking and finance classes at the University of Tubingen and worked as a summer associate with a leading global law firm in Frankfurt.
In 2023, Ms. Askew was recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America for 2023 in Corporate Law.
Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Askew worked at a local law firm in Charlotte, where she focused on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and other general corporate matters.
