Ari Abramovitz focuses his practice on financial services and investment management matters. He regularly advises U.S. registered investment companies (including mutual funds, closed-end funds and exchange-traded funds) and business development companies, as well as their investment advisers on a wide variety of regulatory, corporate, compliance and business matters. Mr. Abramovitz also advises boards of directors/trustees of U.S.-registered investment companies on fund governance and fiduciary oversight matters and investment advisers on issues related to pay-to-play regulation and lobbyist registration.
