Eugene Cheval’s practice spans the breadth of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, complex restructuring and private investment transactions. Mr. Cheval also performs substantial pro bono work, often with a focus on corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Cheval was an attorney in the New Jersey office of a national law firm. He also previously served as compliance counsel at an alternative investment firm focused on credit and real estate investing, where he worked on a variety of legal and compliance matters, with a particular focus on fund marketing. Mr. Cheval is admitted in New York only; he is not admitted in North Carolina.
