Harriet Cahalane

Harriet Cahalane is the professional support lawyer for the corporate and securities group in London. She has extensive experience advising on mergers and acquisitions (both public and private), private equity transactions, joint ventures, restructurings, IPOs and fundraisings for listed and private companies as well as general corporate and commercial matters.

Ms. Cahalane trained with Dechert and qualified in 2005. After serving as in-house counsel for William Hill Plc., she rejoined Dechert in 2011 and moved to her current role in 2014.
