Jesse Castellanos focuses his practice on transactional matters including acquisitions, corporate governance and asset management regulation. He was a summer associate at Dechert in 2023.
During law school, Mr. Castellanos worked as a law clerk for the City of Oakland and served on the Editorial Board of the California Law Review, where he supervised substantive revisions to legal scholarship.
