Joe Coyne is an associate in Dechert’s financial services practice and advises on the establishment, authorization, operation and maintenance of Irish regulated alternative investment funds and UCITS with a wide range of investment strategies and structures, including ETFs, ICAVs and Irish investment limited partnerships.
Mr. Coyne’s experience includes advising on the establishment and ongoing operation of authorized AIFMs, UCITS management companies and MiFID investment firms.
Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Coyne was a senior associate in the investment funds and asset management practice of a tier 1 Irish law firm. His previous experience also includes completing secondments to two leading US asset managers where he advised on general corporate, regulatory, marketing and compliance matters in respect of their alternative investment funds, UCITS and their Irish based fund management companies.
