Drita Dokic is an associate in Dechert’s finance and real estate group and is based in the firm’s New York office. Ms. Dokic focuses her practice in the area of commercial real estate finance, representing financial institutions in the origination of mortgage and mezzanine loans and related secondary market transactions.

Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Dokic was an associate in the New York office of an international law firm. Drita received her J.D., magna cum laude, with a concentration in Business Law, from Brooklyn Law School, where she was the Managing Editor of the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial and Commercial Law and a judicial intern to the Hon. Elizabeth S. Stong, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of New York. She received her B.A. from Florida International University. Ms. Dokic is admitted to practice in the state of New York.
