Mark Evans practices in the area of corporate law, with particular emphasis on private equity, fund acquisitions, restructuring, consensual work-outs, joint ventures, and public M&A.

Mr. Evans has been recognized by The Legal 500 UK for private equity since 2017. He has also been named among Legal Week’s Private Equity Rising Stars and was recognized by IFLR in its 2022 EMEA Rising Stars Awards for private equity and venture capital.

Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Evans served as a senior associate at White & Case. His previous experience also includes serving as an associate at Kirkland & Ellis and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
