Jacqueline Foo focuses her practice on corporate matters, with particular emphasis on corporate finance transactions, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, takeovers and initial public offerings. Ms. Foo also has experience on listed company compliance, corporate secretarial practices and corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Foo worked as a trainee solicitor at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft and Latham & Watkins.
