Taylor Knowles

Taylor Knowles is an associate in Dechert’s employee benefits and executive compensation practice. Her work includes advising both public and privately held companies on a wide range of issues involved in complex transactions including mergers, acquisitions, public offerings, and debt and equity financing transactions.

Ms. Knowles regularly advises on the negotiation and drafting of employment, consulting, termination, severance, change-in-control and restrictive covenants agreements, and other equity and cash-based incentive arrangements.

Ms. Knowles also counsels companies on a range of employee benefit issues, including the structure, implementation and administration of employee benefit plans and the associated legal implications under labor and employment law, ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code and the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.

She also provides advice to asset managers, investment advisers, banks, broker-dealers and other financial intermediaries on a range of ERISA and Internal Revenue Code issues in the context of financial products and services.

Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Knowles was an attorney in the New York office of a global law firm.
