Allie Misner Wasserman represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, alternative asset managers and operating companies in complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, carve-out transactions and other transformative capital events. She also advises on general corporate matters, including corporate governance. Ms. Wasserman has experience across a wide range of industry sectors, including business services, healthcare, industrials, financial services, technology and telecom.

In particular, Ms. Wasserman has extensive experience advising on transactions for private equity sponsors, such as Court Square Capital Partners, One Equity Partners, Morgan Stanley Capital Partners, Centerbridge Partners, CVC Capital Partners and others, and their portfolio companies.

Ms. Wasserman was recognized for her transactional expertise by The Deal in its Top Rising Stars: Class of 2021 list.

Ms. Wasserman currently serves as Co-Hiring Partner of Dechert’s Philadelphia office. She is a past member of the Executive Committee of the Business Law Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association and co- chair of the Private Equity & Venture Capital Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association.
