Casey L. Miller

Casey Miller focuses her practice on a broad range of structured and leveraged finance transactions, with particular emphasis on representing asset managers, sponsors and issuers in broadly syndicated loan and middle market collateralized loan obligation transactions.

Previously, Ms. Miller worked on Capitol Hill as a senior legislative assistant to then-U.S. Representative Marcia L. Fudge. Ms. Miller graduated from George Washington University Law School in 2015, where she served on the school’s law review. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University in 2009.
