Mary Anne Morgan

Mary Anne Morgan focuses her practice on financial services and investment management. Ms. Morgan has experience serving as counsel for small, mid-sized and large registered investment companies, their advisers and independent trustees. She has experience with registered fund filing obligations, including the organization and registration of new funds. As part of her investment adviser practice, Ms. Morgan counsels clients on compliance and disclosure obligations, including Form ADV reporting and custody issues.
