Michael D. Minsky

Michael Minsky focuses his practice on diverse corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, spinoffs and strategic alliances.

Prior to joining Dechert, he clerked at a boutique litigation firm specializing in complex commercial disputes. Additionally, he served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Chief Judge Freda L. Wolfson in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Mr. Minsky joined Dechert as a summer associate in 2023.
